Huntington Health
Huntington Medical Building
Huntington Health’s 100,285-square-foot medical office building to be built at 758- 766 South Fair Oaks Ave.
The Huntington Medical Building project involves demolition of the existing building and surface parking lot and construction of a four story medical office building, which includes approximately 80,284 square feet of medical offices and 20,000 square feet of general office, with three levels of subterranean parking.

The project is designed to serve as a catalyst for economic development. With an unprecedented commitment to local hiring and robust small business support, the project will build a pipeline of Black talent in the construction trades, support entrepreneurship on the corridor and promote creative talent through programming for years to come. As a result, our community will directly benefit from the improvements we make together.
